Prison Break!!!

Today it was sunny again! A nice high of 72. We took a blanket outside and enjoyed the sunshine. David was on his con-call but came outside with us to enjoy the nice day. A good break from work for him. We watched everyone drive and walk by and even decided to wave to the neighbor lady down the street and her baby. Bug also graced David and I with a rendition of the song "The More We Get Together" all by herself, complete with hand motions.

While we were playing today with our picture flashcards Bug informed me that ducks go "quack-quack" and was even able to find the card with the cardinal on it when I asked her. She also helped hand feed Shadow when she brought her kitty food out into the room to eat it. Shadow wasn't exactly interested in her food being thrown at her, but she found a way to work with Bug's special feeding technique and everyone was happy.



~*On a side note our bluebirds officially have 3 eggs in their nest and the tree swallows and house sparrows are battling for the one in the field. If my b.b. gun and I have anything to say about it, the house sparrows will soon be vacating the premises........and then the tree sparrows may take up residence. :)
